Aegis Logistics soars on reporting 46% jump Q4 consolidated net profit

Mumbai, June 1 (Udaipur Kiran): Aegis Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 776.35, up by 26.85 points or 3.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 749.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 758.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 792.00 and Rs. 751.15 respectively. So far 167781 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 943.90 on 03-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 576.00 on 23-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 792.00 and Rs. 646.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 27012.96 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.22% and 18.68% respectively.

Aegis Logistics has reported over two-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 524.31 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 225.64 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased over two folds at Rs 1,951.71 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 950.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 45.69% jump in its net profit at Rs 410.37 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 281.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 51.47% at Rs 2,681.73 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1,770.45 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 78.36% jump in its net profit at Rs 943.55 crore as compared to Rs 529.00 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 56.11% at Rs 5,054.18 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3,237.55 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 35.39% rise in its net profit at Rs 898.15 crore as compared to Rs 663.37 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 24.21% at Rs 8,659.79 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6,972.15 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
