Adani Enterprises Inches Higher After Incorporating New Infrastructure Subsidiary

New Delhi, November 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd. (AEL) traded marginally higher on Monday after the company announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Munger Sultanganj Road Ltd. (MSRL), to execute an infrastructure project in Bihar.

The stock was trading at Rs. 2,477.85, up Rs. 8.30 or 0.34% from its previous close of Rs. 2,469.55 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 2,482.45 and touched an intraday high of Rs. 2,488.55 and a low of Rs. 2,471.10, with 4,045 shares traded so far. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs. 2,85,030.70 crore.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Re. 1, has recorded a 52-week high of Rs. 3,069.85 (on November 6, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs. 2,026.90 (on March 3, 2025). Over the last week, it traded between Rs. 2,599.00 and Rs. 2,459.25. The promoters hold 73.97%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 18.55% and 7.47%, respectively.

The company informed that Munger Sultanganj Road Ltd. (MSRL) has been incorporated in India on November 3, 2025, to undertake the development, maintenance, and management of the Ganga Path project — connecting Munger (Safiabad)–Bariyarpur–Ghorghat–Sultanganj Road in Bihar, under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The new subsidiary will operate within the infrastructure sector.

The formation of MSRL further strengthens Adani Enterprises’ portfolio in the road infrastructure space, aligning with its broader strategy of building high-value, sustainable infrastructure assets across India.
