4 years Modi Govt: Digital India taking Internet revolution to next level

Success often depends on how one utilizes the right environment. Sreenath’s story is classic example of this,  that not only tells how strong determination can change the course of one’s life… but also shows how the internet revolution is transforming ordinary lives.

Sreenath works as a porter on call at the Ernakulam railway station. Aspiring to clear the Kerala Public Service Commission Examination, he made the best use of free wi-fi service at the station & took online lessons and downloaded study material. his hard work finally paid and he passed the written examination of Kerala PSC.

And that’s not all, 22 year old Ranjit from Akola district in Maharashtra, he launched a vegetable mall. The mall is fully digital. One can place orders from home and need not worry about cash to make payments.

Snehlata who hails from Alwar district in Rajasthan is also leading by example. She not only started making digital payments but also formed a group of 200 women to train others in digital transactions.

These are not only the success stories of individuals but a picture of a transforming India, a Digital India.
