Saatvik Green Energy Rallies 4.5% as Subsidiary Wins ₹219.62 Crore Solar Module Orders

New Delhi, October 8 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Saatvik Green Energy surged over 4.5% in Tuesday’s trade after its subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries bagged significant orders worth ₹219.62 crore from three leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and EPC companies for the supply of solar PV modules.

The stock is currently trading at ₹481.05, up by ₹20.75 from its previous close of ₹460.30 on the BSE. During the day, it touched an intraday high of ₹494.00 — a new 52-week high — and a low of ₹467.00. Around 3,60,230 shares have changed hands so far. The company’s market capitalization now stands at ₹6,071.17 crore.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock has seen strong momentum over the past week, with the scrip moving between ₹495.00 and ₹439.00.

In terms of shareholding, promoters hold 75.99%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 7.52% and 16.48%, respectively.

The newly secured orders will be executed in FY26, further strengthening the company’s order book and growth outlook.

Saatvik Green Energy and its subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacturing of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and offer Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, playing a key role in India’s renewable energy expansion.
