Reliance Jio announces mobile tariff hike : Reliance Jio has announced a price hike for all its prepaid and postpaid plans. The tariff change applies to all contact points and channels from July 3. The cheapest plan, the Rs 155 plan, now costs Rs 189, which is about 22% more expensive than before. Note that the changes only affect the price, as calls and data remain unchanged.
The telecommunications company announced price increases for 14 unlimited prepaid packages, 3 plus data packages and 2 postpaid packages. Here is a list of all plans:

The new plans include several price changes for the popular monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annual, data top-up and postpaid options. Monthly subscriptions now range from Rs 189 to Rs 449. The two-month plans are priced between Rs 579 and Rs 629 and come with 1.5-2GB of data per day for 56 days. Quarterly plans are available between Rs 479 and Rs 1,199, offering between 6GB and 3GB of storage per day for 84 days. Annual plans range from Rs 1,899 to Rs 3,599.
Please note: After the price increase comes into effect, unlimited 5G data will only be available on plans that offer 2GB or more data per day.
