CBI has filed their 2nd Chargesheet in PNB Scam under sections 409, 420, 120-B of IPC.
In the 12,000 pages chargesheet, Mehul Choksi has been hown as wanted accused, while 50 witnesses have been mentioned in 2nd chargesheet. Allahabad bank, MD, Usha Ananth Subramanian has also been chargsheeted again in this case.
Chargesheet mentions that 12 transactions has been done worth around 512 crores. While 7000 crore is the amount of the scam committed by Choksi of which CBI has found evidence 6 FLC’s and 6 LOU’s amounting to 512 crores.
