Company’s Financial Performance and Growth Trajectory

Despite a weak listing, Paradip Parivahan’s financial performance has shown strong and consistent growth, according to the IPO prospectus.

Net Profit Growth:

  • FY 2021-22: ₹2.48 crore

  • FY 2022-23: ₹6.56 crore

  • FY 2023-24: ₹15.02 crore

Revenue Growth:

  • Revenue increased at a CAGR of 5.90%, reaching ₹211.62 crore in FY 2023-24

  • Revenue: ₹137.94 crore

These financials indicate that while the stock market debut was poor, the company has solid fundamentals and growth potential.

Market Sentiment and Outlook

The disappointing listing performance reflects broader concerns in the SME IPO space, where investors are becoming more selective. Although financials look strong, the subdued demand during the IPO phase and early market reaction suggest that the stock may require time to regain investor trust.

Market experts suggest closely monitoring stock performance in the coming sessions before making any investment decisions.
