Gandhinagar, June 24: In a significant achievement during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit’s regional conference, Gandhinagar district has secured a major investment. Under a district-level initiative, ten companies have signed proposed MOUs to establish new industries in various areas of Gandhinagar, including Kalol, Chhatral, Dahegam, Mansa, and Dhanot, amounting to an investment of ₹133.40 crore.
The largest investment comes from Stericoat Healthcare Private Limited, which will invest ₹35 crore in the textile and apparel sector in Mansa. Additionally, Altim Tech Private Limited will invest ₹10 crore in an auto industries engineering unit in Kalol, creating up to 60 job opportunities.
Other investments include Midas Converter Company in Kalol, which will invest ₹5 crore in the flexible packaging sector; Keepat Containers in the PET bottle and plastic-based products sector with ₹15 crore; Gadus Fine Chem in the refined petroleum products sector with ₹13.40 crore; Copex Industries with ₹5 crore; Balram Rolling Mills Private Limited in the iron and steel sector with ₹20 crore; and Omkar Agro Chemicals Private Limited in the chemical sector with ₹15 crore.
Furthermore, Bansidhar Textile Private Limited has signed an MOU for an investment of ₹16 crore in cotton fabrics in Chhatral, while Nirmaya Enterprises will invest ₹8 crore in mineral water bottles in Dahegam.
