
Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has completed the issue of Rupee Denominated Bonds under the Medium Term Note Programme. The issue size is Rs 500 crore and coupon rate of 8.75% per annum payable semi-annually. The maturity will be on November 29, 2023 (5 years 1 day).
HDFC offers a whole gamut of products like loans to individuals, loans to corporates, construction finance, and lease rental discounting. The financial conglomerate has subsidiaries and associates in insurance (general and life), asset management, education finance, venture funds and banking services.
