Gayatri Projects surges on bagging three new orders worth Rs 403.96 crore

Gayatri Projects is currently trading at Rs. 164.50, up by 2.35 points or 1.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 162.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 159.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 166.50 and Rs. 159.50 respectively. So far 1886 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 227.50 on 14-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 151.50 on 28-Sep-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 183.10 and Rs. 155.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3074.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.09% and 13.95% respectively.

Gayatri Projects has bagged three new orders worth Rs 403.96 crore from Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDC). These projects will be executed on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) basis in line with the management’s decision to follow an asset-light model, and will further reinforce the company’s position as one of India’s top highway builders.
