Garware Hi-Tech Films surges on signing MoU with Lubrizol

Mumbai, September 23 (Udaipur Kiran): Garware Hi-Tech Films is currently trading at Rs. 6510.00, up by 145.10 points or 2.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 6364.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6423.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6665.65 and Rs. 6238.25 respectively. So far 4726 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 7987.20 on 06-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2692.00 on 21-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6764.95 and Rs. 6,238.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15019.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.57% and 28.71% respectively.

Garware Hi-Tech Films (GHFL) and Lubrizol, a global leader in specialty chemicals, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the development and manufacturing of Lubrizol’s world-class Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) technology in India. The partnership marks an important step in the company’s strategy to build a technology-led TPU product platform across new specialty applications, while also enabling backward integration into TPU films for its premium Paint Protection Film (PPF) business.
