Jaipur : Headquarter Recruiting Zone, Jaipur has conducted three Agniveer Recruitment rallies so far in the state of Rajasthan at Bikaner, Behror and Jaipur while the fourth is ongoing at Kota. A total of 2,85,637 candidates registered for participation in these rallies.
During the conduct of the rallies, a number of candidates were found to be attempting to participate with fake documents and with fraudulent amendments in their date of birth. Some of the e-Mitra stalls established near rally sites were involved in provision of these documents to candidates as alleged by candidates caught with such documents. The involvement of such e-Mitra stalls was communicated to the respective District Collector Offices.
The Headquarter Recruitment Zone (Jaipur) exhorts all aspirant candidates to refrain from such practices as they are not only illegal but also renders them to be debarred from any future participation in recruitment rallies. The civil administration is also requested to sensitise all concerned to guard against fraudulent changes in date of birth, marks sheets, sports certificates, domicile certificate and the character certificate. It must be noted that such fraudulent entry attempts have an impact of quality of soldiers being recruited and therefore on the national security.
