Moradabad, August 12 (Udaipur Kiran): The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Northern Railway’s Moradabad Division, Aditya Gupta, announced on Saturday that four special trains will run for the convenience of passengers. The trains will operate between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Varanasi, and between Varanasi and Chandigarh.
The Festival Special Express, train numbers 04624/04623, will run between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Varanasi. Additionally, the Superfast Special, train numbers 04211/04212, will operate between Varanasi and Chandigarh.
Train number 04211 will depart from Varanasi on August 17, and train number 04212 will depart from Chandigarh on August 18. Train number 04624 will depart from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra on Sundays—August 11, 18, and 25—while train number 04623 will depart from Varanasi on August 13, 20, and 24. Each of these trains will make three trips.
The Senior DCM stated that train number 04211 will leave Varanasi at 2:40 PM and pass through important stations like Maa Belha Devi Pratapgarh Junction, Rae Bareli, Lucknow, Bareilly, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Yamunanagar-Jagadhri, and Ambala Cantt, arriving in Chandigarh at 7:20 AM the next day. Train number 04212 will depart from Chandigarh at 9:00 AM, passing through Ambala Cantt, Yamunanagar-Jagadhri, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Rae Bareli, and Maa Belha Devi Dham, reaching Varanasi at 1:20 AM the following night.
Meanwhile, train number 04624 will leave Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 11:45 PM and arrive in Varanasi at 11:55 PM the next day. Train number 04623 will depart from Varanasi at 5:30 AM and reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 11:25 AM the next day.
