Vascon Engineers surges on securing order worth Rs 505.54 crore

Vascon Engineers is currently trading at Rs. 13.20, up by 0.77 points or 6.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.43 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.40 and Rs. 12.33 respectively. So far 30134 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 23.50 on 17-Oct-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.00 on 02-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 13.40 and Rs. 11.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 228.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 35.56%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.46% and 63.98% respectively.

Vascon Engineers has received order worth Rs 505.54 crore from Public Works Department, Divison-3, Raipur, Chhattisgarh for Construction of Raj Bhavan, Chief Minister’s House, Minister’s Residential House & Higher Officer Residential House in New Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The work has to be completed within 24 months from the date of signing of Agreement.
