Uddhav Thackeray to be sworn in as Maharashtra CM

Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray will today sworn in as Maharashtra Chief Minister in Mumbai’s Shivaji Park. A few more leaders are likely to be sworn in as ministers with Thackeray.

Earlier on Wednesday, leaders of all the three parties shiv Sena, Congress and NCP held a marathon meetings in Mumbai.

Speaking to media, NCP leader Praful Patel said that the  Congress will get Assembly Speaker’s post while the NCP will get deputy Speaker’s post. He further added that there will be only one deputy CM’s post in the government and the Deputy CM will be from NCP.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray met Congress president Sonia Gandhi and former prime minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday night and invited them for his father an Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray’s swearing-in as the Maharashtra chief minister.
