Titan Company moves up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Titan Company is currently trading at Rs. 1362.65, up by 11.15 points or 0.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 1351.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1362.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1369.45 and Rs. 1351.00 respectively. So far 34810 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1369.45 on 24-Oct-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 772.40 on 24-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1369.45 and Rs. 1274.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 120738.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.60% and 19.49% respectively.

Titan Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Titan Holdings International’ FZCO, Dubai. The objective of incorporation is to carry out business activities and making investments in the share capital of any other companies/entities either as a joint venture partner or as its wholly owned subsidiary company for carrying out business activities, in the industry in which the company operates.
