Sunteck Realty soars on raising Rs 35 crore via CP

Sunteck Realty is currently trading at Rs. 426.15, up by 6.75 points or 1.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 419.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 420.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 430.55 and Rs. 413.85 respectively. So far 19372 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 532.00 on 23-May-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 295.65 on 23-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 458.85 and Rs. 412.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6248.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.60% and 4.24% respectively.

Sunteck Realty has raised Rs 35 crore through issuance of Commercial Paper (CP). The tenure of the instrument is 120 days and date of maturity is October 22, 2019. The coupon offered is 9.00% per annum (p.a.). The credit rating agency, CARE Ratings has assigned ‘A1+’ rating to the instrument.
