Spain: Surfers go back to catching waves as lockdown measures ease

While surfers and paddle-boarders were out enjoying the waves, people were exercising and strolling on beaches.

People will be allowed to take short walks and play sports from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Between midday and 7 p.m. will be reserved for young children, with the remaining slots set aside for elderly and vulnerable people.

Spain has had one of the worst outbreaks in the world, but is past its peak and gradually easing lockdown restrictions.
