Southwest monsoon advances further, covering most parts of country

Light to moderate rainfall occurred yesterday in several states and the national capital, bringing relief from the heatwave. 

Senior official of IMD, M Mohapatra said, “monsoon has further advanced on Saturday covering most of the parts of the country except West Rajasthan and some parts of Punjab.”
