Public interaction meetings held in Srinagar and Handwara


Jammu, May 19 (Udaipur Kiran): As a part of its public outreach program, Jammu and Kashmir Police organized police public meetings at Police Station Batamaloo Srinagar and Police Post Langate Handwara. The meeting at PS Batamaloo was chaired by SHO PS Batamaloo and attended by representatives of traders association Batamaloo, Mohalla Committees of Baranpather, New Colony, Ziyarat Batamaloo & Iqbal Abad Batamaloo. Whileas, the meeting at PP Langate was chaired by In-charge PP Langate & attended by respectable citizens of the neighboring areas. These meetings were organized to facilitate an interaction with local people. The participants during this meeting raided many issues related to police. The chairing officers at the meeting assurance the participants that their genuine issues will be redressed on priority. The locales of these areas hailed the gesture of Police and assured cooperation in eradicating social evils from their respective areas.
