While talking about the bounty of nature and expanded horizon of north-east, the Prime Minister said that there are places within India from where you will come back with renewed energy, enthusiasm and inspiration.
Prime Minister in his Independence Day address to the nation had said that India has much to offer and if domestic tourism gets a boost, international footfall would also increase.
Prime Minister Modi expressed his concern about natural habitat, it’s reservation and wild life conservation. He said that not only the tiger population in India has been doubled, but also the number of protected areas and community reserves has been increased.
Prime Minister Modi called on countrymen to spread awareness about forest and wildlife conservation and also to be compassionate towards animals.
Prime Minister Modi in his Mann Ki Baat focused on tourism, nature and wildlife diversity of India. He said we need to, not only conserve our forests, flora and fauna, but also create an environment wherein they can flourish properly.
