PM Modi kicks off Election 2019 campaign from Meerut

BJP had won all 8 Lok Sabha seats in the Western UP belt in 2014 though the Kairana PC slipped out of its grip after a by-poll.

BJP is hoping for a repeat performance of 2014 this time round too.

Prime Minister asserted that 130 crore Indians have already made up their minds to bring back the Modi government.

He said that he chose Meerut to kick off his 2019 campaign because in 1857 the bugle for the freedom struggle was sounded here.

PM said that Lok Sabha elections will be a fight between decisive government and an indecisive past.

Prime Minister said that Land, sky or space, his government has shown the courage to conduct surgical strike in all spheres.

PM MODI ADDRESSES RALLY IN RUDRAPUR

Prime Minister Modi addressed another rally in Rudrapur in Uttarakhand where he blamed previous Congress governments for lack of development and migration from villages in the state.
