Addressing a rally in Solan, Prime Minister urged first time voters in the state to vote keeping in mind long term needs of the nation.
He said the Congress party has been reduced to a vote cutting party because of its arrogance.

Prime Minister also targeted Congress leader Digvijaya Singh for not voting on Sunday.
