Opposition attacks BJP govt over paper leak

Lucknow, March 30 : Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati have attacked the Yogi government over paper leak in the ongoing Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board exams on Wednesday. Akhilesh has said that business of leaking paper continues unabated during the second inning of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in UP. He tweeted, “The business of leaking papers continues unabated in the second innings of the BJP government. Youths are saying that the BJP government which has failed to provide employment does not want to get any examination completed deliberately. The BJP government should roll bulldozer on its paper mafias on papers at least just to show off.” BSP supremo Mayawati has said that playing with the future of the students is unjustified. “The issue of paper leak in the UP board exams is not taking name to stop. After the paper of English subject got leaked before examination this afternoon, the exam has to be canceled in 24 districts of the state including Gorakhpur and Varanasi. Is it fair to play with the lives of students again and again?,” she tweeted in a series of tweets. She added that, “Due to the frequent paper leaks in UP, it seems that the copying mafia is strictly out of the grip of the government, but who is the real culprit and accountable for the slander of the state in the entire country due to such serious incidents? BSP demands that strict action should be taken against the culprits.” AB JNA
