Om Infra jumps on receiving Letter of Acceptance worth Rs 1170 crore

Om Infra is currently trading at Rs. 36.60, up by 6.10 points or 20% from its previous closing of Rs. 30.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 35.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 36.60 and Rs. 35.00 respectively. So far 77612 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 56.40 on 20-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 25.60 on 07-Sep-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 36.60 and Rs. 28.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 293.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.68%, while Non-Institutions held 28.32% stake in the company.

Om Infra has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Brihan Mumbai Muncipal Corporation for the work of ‘Design, Build and Operation & Maintenance of Bhandup Waste Water Treatment Facility under Mumbai Sewage Disposal Project-Stage-II (Priority Works) for total consideration of Rs 1170 crore inclusive of all taxes & duties, Goods and Service Tax (GST). The contract period for the subject work is 48 months for design & build and further 15 years of operation and maintenance.
