Nitish attends Iftar hosted by Tejaswi

Patna, April 22 : Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and other senior leaders cutting across party lines attended Iftar hosted by leader of the opposition in Bihar assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Friday evening. Kumar went to residence of former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi where she along with her son Tejaswi Prasad Yadav had hosted Iftar. Besides Chief Minister Kumar senior leaders of various political parties also attended the Iftar. Rabri Devi, her sons Tejaswi Prasad Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav and daughter Misa Bharti, a Rajya Sabha member were elated over the RJD chief Lalu Prasad getting bail in fodder scam relating to fraudulent withdrawal from Doranda treasury. It was pleasure to note that his father got bail on auspicious occasion, Tej Pratap remarked. Among those who attended the Iftar included LJP (Ram Vilas) MP Chirag Paswan, Bihar Industries Minister and senior BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain, former Bihar Ministers Abdul Bari Siddiqui and Shyam Rajak. State RJD president Jagadanand Singh and a large number of party legislators and leaders also attended the Iftar. KKS BM
