New India Assurance Company rises on signing deed of accession for Inter Creditor Agreement

New India Assurance Company is currently trading at Rs. 103.80, up by 0.15 points or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 103.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 104.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 105.15 and Rs. 103.50 respectively. So far 2983 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 238.00 on 12-Nov-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 98.10 on 26-Sep-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 115.00 and Rs. 100.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17056.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 85.44%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.63% and 0.94% respectively.

New India Assurance Company has signed the deed of accession for entering into the Inter Creditor Agreements for the Company’s exposure to the Debt instruments of Reliance Home Finance and Dewan Housing Finance.
