NBCC soars on signing MoU with MYAS

NBCC is currently trading at Rs. 35.40, up by 0.50 points or 1.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 34.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 36.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 36.75 and Rs. 34.60 respectively. So far 572887 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 68.95 on 12-Nov-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.55 on 23-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 39.35 and Rs. 34.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6390.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.18%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.85% and 14.97% respectively.

NBCC (India) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYAS), Department of Sports, Government of India to Provide Project Management Consultancy for development of National Sports University at Imphal, Manipur. The approximate cost of project would be Rs 400 crore.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
