Majesco advances on launching ‘Majesco Cloud solutions’ in Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Majesco is currently trading at Rs. 417.00, up by 4.00 points or 0.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 413.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 417.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 417.00 and Rs. 417.00 respectively.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 588.40 on 15-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 399.80 on 22-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 426.45 and Rs. 407.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1178.29 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.51% and 38.89% respectively.

Majesco has launched Majesco Cloud solutions in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Majesco CloudInsurer and Majesco Digital1st Insurance were architected to benefit from the cloud capabilities of Azure. Majesco currently has over 54 customers on their Cloud solutions.

This expands the relationship by having Majesco CloudInsurer solutions including Majesco P&C Core Suite and Majesco L&A as well as the cloud-native platform, Majesco Digital1st Insurance available in the Azure Marketplace.

Majesco enables insurance business transformation for approximately 150 insurance customers by providing solutions which include software, consulting and services.
