Lok Sabha Polls 2019: Campaigning in full swing for Last Phase

Campaigning for the 6th phase may be over but it is still on for the 7th and the final phase before the all important counting day of the 23rd of May.

Political parties continue to make last ditch efforts to woo voters for seventh and last phase of Lok Sabha polls. Prime Minister Narendra Modi held an election rally in Robertsganj, and Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh.

Addressing a rally at Robertsganj in UP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi critcized the opposition coalition, calling it a big mess, which he suggested would weaken the nation.

BJP president Amit Shah addressed a public meeting at Pakur in Jharkhand. He targeted Congress President Rahul Gandhi over his silence on the controversial statement by national conference leader Omar Abdullah.

BJP leader Vijay Goyal has attacked AAP and Congress accusing them of adopting unfair and unethical means in elections. He also termed the allegations against BJP candidate Gautam Gambhir as baseless.
Earlier a BJP delegation met election commission to lodge a complaint.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed a public rally at Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. The Chief Minister slammed the BSP, SP and Congress for neglecting the development of the state.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi, campaigning in Madhya Pradesh said his party if it comes to power will implement Nyay Scheme, that will herald a new era of economic growth and welfare.

He said that Nyay Yojana will benefit the poor and will give a fillip to the country’s economy. Lakhs of youth will also get employment by Nyay Yojana.

Slamming both Congress and BJP, SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav said that both parties have no agenda for the development.
