Lok Sabha Elections 2019: PM to address rallies in Odisha & Bihar

With less than 10 days left for polling for the 1st phase, electioneering has picked up momentum across the states where polling will be held on April 11.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public meeting at Bhawanipatna of Kalahandi in western Odisha. He earlier held a public rally at Jaypore in Koraput on March 29.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today kickstart his campaign for the Lok Sabha elections in Bihar with rallies in Jamui and Gaya Lok Sabha seats. Both constituencies will go to polls in the first phase on April 11.

In his first rally at Jamui, the PM will be joined by the party’s national general secretary in-charge for the state Bhupendra Yadav and state president Nityanand Rai.

This would be followed by another rally at Gaya in the evening where PM Modi will share the stage with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union minister Ram Vilas Paswan and Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi among others.

While in Jamui, LJP leader Chirag Paswan is seeking re-election, Gaya has gone to the Chief Ministers JD(U) which has fielded stone-cutter-turned former MP Bhagwati Devis son Vijay Kumar Manjhi.
