Lakshmi Vilas Bank falls after RBI rejects merger application of Indiabulls Housing Finance with Bank

Lakshmi Vilas Bank is currently trading at Rs. 25.65, down by 1.35 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 27.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 25.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 25.65 and Rs. 25.65 respectively. So far 10712 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 97.35 on 09-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 25.65 on 10-Oct-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 29.85 and Rs. 25.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 863.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 7.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.65% and 73.24% respectively.

The application for voluntary amalgamation of Indiabulls Housing Finance and Indiabulls Commercial Credit with Lakshmi Vilas Bank has been rejected by Reserve bank of India (RBI).
