KPI Global Infrastructure rises on adding 7.024 MW capacity at Bharuch solar power plant

KPI Global Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 52.45, up by 0.90 points or 1.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 51.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 52.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 52.45 and Rs. 52.45 respectively. So far 16000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘M’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 82.45 on 22-Jan-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.60 on 04-Sep-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 59.00 and Rs. 51.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 94.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.25% and 45.65% respectively.

KPI Global Infrastructure has added new capacity of 7.024 MW in existing solar power plant at Village-Sudi &Tancha, Ta-Amod, and District- Bharuch. The additional capacity was commissioned on September 21, 2019 under ‘Independent Power Producer (IPP)’ category for company’s industrial customer UPL, Jhagadia against their Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) capacity of 7 MW for which the company has also received Commissioning Certificate from Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA).

With this addition, the total cumulative capacity under IPP Category of the company’s solar power plant as on date has gone up to 33.25 MW.

KPI Global Infrastructure is a solar power generating company focused on providing solar power, both as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under the brand name of ‘Solarism’ and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) customers.
