Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also in-charge of: Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions; Department of Atomic Energy; Department of Space.
Further he will oversee All important policy issues; and All other portfolios not allocated to any Minister.
Among the cabinet ministers, Rajnath singh, who was Home Minister in previous govt has been allocated the all important portfolio of Defence.
BJP president Amit Shah will the country’s new Home Minister. NItin Gadkari will continue to work as Minister of Road Transport and Highways, he will also have Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
