JMC Projects gains on raising Rs 100 crore via NCDs

JMC Projects (India) is currently trading at Rs. 111.90, up by 0.20 points or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 111.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 112.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 113.00 and Rs. 108.00 respectively.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 150.00 on 27-May-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 74.45 on 29-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 132.10 and Rs. 107.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1878.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.82% and 14.99% respectively.

JMC Projects India has raised amount aggregating to Rs 100 crore through allotment of 1,000 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis. The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2019 has allotted the same.

JMC Projects, a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission, is India’s one of the leading contracting company. The company is mainly engaged in the construction of industrial and residential buildings and also power and infrastructure development projects.
