Infosys trades higher on BSE

Mumbai : Infosys is currently trading at Rs. 734.70, up by 3.85 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 730.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 733.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 739.45 and Rs. 732.65 respectively. So far 82755 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 773.65 on 09-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 600.65 on 26-Nov-2018. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 752.00 and Rs. 728.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 314696.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 12.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 56.91% and 13.14% respectively. Infosys McCamish, a US based subsidiary of Infosys BPM, a part of Infosys has entered into partnership with Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a leading provider of life, accident and health insurance.

As part of the partnership, Infosys McCamish will provide policy administration services for PALIG’s new Global Assets Indexed Universal Life (IUL) product. The new product gives insureds the flexibility of choosing a fixed return account or one whose returns are determined by the performance of a major trading index, such as the S&P 500 (SPX), EURO STOXX 50 (SX5E) and Hang Seng Index (HSI).
