Infosys inches up on entering into strategic partnership with Eishtec

Infosys is currently trading at Rs. 786.35, up by 2.35 points or 0.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 784.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 783.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 789.90 and Rs. 783.50 respectively. So far 5606 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 847.40 on 06-Sep-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 600.65 on 26-Nov-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 802.20 and Rs. 779.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 333859.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 13.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 56.34% and 13.25% respectively.

Infosys has entered into a strategic partnership with Eishtec, which includes the transfer of Eishtec’s business to Infosys BPM, an Infosys company. This will enable Infosys to better serve its clients in the region, leveraging its deep expertise in technology, analytics, and digital. This partnership does not entail the purchase of any equity.
