IndiGo gains on commencing operations to Riyadh

Interglobe Aviation (IndiGo) is currently trading at Rs. 1762.00, up by 13.80 points or 0.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 1748.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1749.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1764.00 and Rs. 1741.80 respectively. So far 1479 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1911.00 on 23-Sep-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 755.00 on 23-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1820.70 and Rs. 1741.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 67245.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.76% and 4.35% respectively.

IndiGo has commenced operations to Riyadh. The airline inaugurated the first direct flight on Delhi-Riyadh route, making Riyadh IndiGo’s 2nd destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, after the launch of Jeddah earlier this year.

These new flights are designed to cater to business and leisure travellers who are constantly on the lookout for new and affordable flying options.

InterGlobe Aviation provides air transportation services in India and internationally. The company primarily operates IndiGo passenger airline.
