India’s women cricket team to play with Sri Lanka in 1st ever bilateral series

Addressing a pre-series press conference in Colombo Saturday evening, Indian captain Mithali Raj said that her team is positive about performance on the field. She said that the series will count for ICC points and will be crucial for both the teams.

The Indian captain also lauded the performance of their Srilankan counterpart saying that they have grown from year to year and they expect a competitive series. Sri Lanka will be led by Chamari Attapattu.
