ICICI Bank has opened 33 new branches in Uttar Pradesh (UP) in 2019-20, including some branches in unbanked areas. The bank now has a network of nearly 300 branches and extension counters in UP along with over 1,260 ATMs, Pan India, it has a wide retail network of 5,250 branches.ICICI Bank has inked pact with CSC e-Governance Services India to extend its banking and other services to the country’s rural regions. As per the MoU (memorandum of understanding), the bank will engage more than 3 lakh CSCs (common service centres) working at the last mile as banking correspondents.
