HT Media surges on incorporating wholly-owned subsidiary

HT Media is currently trading at Rs. 16.60, up by 0.10 points or 0.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 16.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 16.60 and Rs. 16.30 respectively.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 44.06 on 10-Jan-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.80 on 07-Nov-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 17.65 and Rs. 16.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 379.38 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.51%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.91% and 17.59% respectively.

HT Media has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company namely Shine Hr Tech (SHTL). The company has acquired 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 5 lakh as subscribed in the Memorandum of Association of SHTL.
