Hero MotoCorp rises on revising prices of motorcycles, scooters

Hero MotoCorp is currently trading at Rs. 2395.30, up by 15.10 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 2380.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2390.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2408.35 and Rs. 2374.05 respectively. So far 3371 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3695.00 on 10-Jul-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2360.00 on 08-Jul-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2620.00 and Rs. 2360.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 47538.99 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.27% and 11.10% respectively.

Hero MotoCorp has made an upward revision in the ex-showroom prices of its motorcycles and scooters, effective July 08, 2019. The price increase across its range of two-wheelers has been 1% (of the ex-showroom price), although the exact quantum of the increase will vary on the basis of the model and the specific market.

Hero MotoCorp is an India-based holding company and a two-wheeler manufacturer. The company is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of motorized two-wheelers, spare parts and related services.
