Foods & Inns rises on acquiring ‘Kusum Masala’ Brand

Foods & Inns is currently trading at Rs. 46.25, up by 1.55 points or 3.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 44.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 45.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 47.00 and Rs. 45.10 respectively. So far 13825 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘X’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 89.14 on 15-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 38.00 on 02-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 51.75 and Rs. 44.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 230.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.39%, while Non-Institutions held 54.61% stake in the company.

Foods & Inns has acquired the Brand with trademark rights of ‘Kusum Masala’. The company has also entered as a partner for 99.99% share into a partnership firm by the name ‘Kusum Spice’.
