Eid celebrated peacefully in all parts of J&K

Eid-ul-Azha is being celebrated with religious fervor across the Jammu and Kashmir. People offered special namaz at Mosques with religious fervor and enthusiasm. 

Eid prayers have been offered peacefully in all local mosques of Anantnag, Baramulla, Budgam, Bandipore, without any untoward incident. 

Jamia masjid old town Baramulla witnessed approx 10,000 people offering prayers. Home Minister Amit Shah also greeted the nation on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. 

In a tweet he said, May everyone be blessed with joy, peace and happiness.

J&K GOVERNOR APPEALS PEOPLE TO TAKE PART IN DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

DG CRPF, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar celebrated Eid with CRPF and CAPF personnel and their families in Srinagar. 

Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Satya Pal Malik has appealed to the people of the state to take part in the development process of the state. Speaking exclusively to DD NEWS, J&K Governor said that there is normalcy in the state.
