Dish TV India trades in green on launching new range of ‘Smart Connected Devices’

Dish TV India is currently trading at Rs. 16.80, up by 0.05 points or 0.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 16.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 17.00 and Rs. 16.50 respectively. So far 382964 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 56.75 on 12-Oct-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 14.55 on 01-Oct-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 18.70 and Rs. 16.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3102.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.38% and 17.77% respectively.

Dish TV India has launched a complete range of ‘Smart Connected Devices’, an internet enabled Android based HD Set Top Box and Voice enabled Alexa Built-in smart kit. The company aims to combine the two through a single entertainment device. This new technologically advanced offering – an internet enabled Android based HD Set Top Box ‘Dish SMRT Hub’ is available at a price of Rs 3999 for new subscribers & Rs 2499 for existing subscribers.

Dish TV is India’s largest Direct to Home television operator using MPEG 4 DVB S2 and MPEG 2 digital compression technology.
