Central Bank of India advances on allotting Bonds worth Rs 500 crore

Central Bank of India is currently trading at Rs. 18.30, up by 0.20 points or 1.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 18.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 18.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 18.35 and Rs. 18.15 respectively. So far 4164 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 41.70 on 01-Oct-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.80 on 05-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 19.95 and Rs. 17.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7467.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 89.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.67% and 3.87% respectively.

Central Bank of India has allotted 500 numbers of Non-Convertible, Taxable, Redeemable Unsecured Basel III compliant Tier II Bonds (Series IV) aggregating to Rs 500 crore. The Capital Raising Committee of the bank at its meeting held on September 30, 2019 has approved the same.

Central Bank of India is a commercial bank. The bank’s segments include Treasury Operations, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking and other Banking business.
