Can Fin Homes gains on planning to raise Rs 6,000 crore on private placement basis

Can Fin Homes is currently trading at Rs. 368.40, up by 3.00 points or 0.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 365.40 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 369.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 370.00 and Rs. 367.80 respectively. So far 1378 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 380.00 on 05-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 217.00 on 23-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 380.00 and Rs. 356.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4865.45 crore. The promoters holding in the company stood at 29.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.76% and 66.25% respectively. Can Fin Homes is planning to raise funds through issuance of redeemable debentures upto an amount of Rs 6000 crore, on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on July 22, 2019 to consider the same.

Can Fin Homes is a Housing Finance Company. The company offers finance for construction of a house, loan for the purchase of a flat or house, finance for the acquisition of a plot and construction of a house on the same.
