BJP President Amit Shah kickstarts campaign in Jharkhand

At his first rally in Latehar, Amit Shah raised the issue of the Ram Temple. He said that BJP was committed to a resolution of the dispute within the Constitutional framework and this has been achieved with the Supreme Court’s verdict clearing the way for the construction of a Temple.

He attacked the Congress for deliberatley slowing down the judicial process.At the next rally in Lohardaga, Amit Shah raised the Kashmir issue.

He said that the removal of Article 370 has paved the way for development and has led to a drastic reduction in terrorist activities.Shah questioned Rahul and Sonia Gamdhi on welfare meaures taken by the Congress.

Attacking the Congress, Amit Shah questioned Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi seeking an explanation on what the Congress did for the tribals in the seventy years after independence.

Other parties are also busy in hectic campaigning. At the same time, the Election Commission is also busy in poll preparations.

An election commision team interacted with officials as well as political parties to assess preparedness.

Chief election commissioner said that the points raised by all political parties will be looked into.

He said that special arrangements have been made for smooth conduct of elections as well as to make voting a pleasant experience for voters
