Ashapura Minechem rises on signing loan agreement of Rs 78 crore with Elara Finance

Ashapura Minechem is currently trading at Rs. 25.10, up by 0.35 points or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 24.75 on the BSE.


The scrip opened at Rs. 25.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 25.95 and Rs. 25.10 respectively. So far 826 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘T’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 38.35 on 10-Oct-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.35 on 26-Jun-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 27.75 and Rs. 23.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 218.34 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.78%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.14% and 36.07% respectively.

Ashapura Minechem has entered into an INR Denominated Secured Term Loan Agreement of Rs 78 crore with Elara Finance (India) on November 21, 2019, for repayment of existing obligations of Bank/Financial Institution(s).

Ashapura Minechem is the mine owner and exporter of bentonite.
