Aksa Dayal, a high school student from Bilaspur, takes her umbrella to go to school with her younger sister in heavy rain, but their umbrella is reversed due to strong winds, the result of both gets wet. This incident makes Aksa to think that why do umbrellas reverse in strong winds? From here he gets the idea to make anti-storm umbrella. This unique invention led to Aksa being awarded the Inspire Award this year.
